Can I use this with my existing AT&T prepaid plan?

Yes — call AT&T (611 or 1-800-901-9878) or use the myAT&T app, ask to switch your existing line to a new eSIM, and give them the ICCID we emailed you. They'll activate it on the spot.

Does this work with AT&T postpaid?

Yes. Postpaid eSIM swaps work the same way — call AT&T support or use the myAT&T app and provide the ICCID.

What about iPhone / Android compatibility?

Any iPhone XS or newer, and almost every modern Android, supports eSIM. Scan the QR code with the Camera app (iPhone) or in Settings → Mobile Network (Android).

How fast is delivery?

Typically under 60 seconds — the email is sent the moment Stripe confirms your payment. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.

Can I verify these are still good before I activate?

Yes — every eSIM we sell is pre-validated, but you can re-check any time at our verifier.

I bought too many — can I get a refund?

Refunds are available for any eSIM you haven't activated yet. Email support@meisimusa.com with your order number.
