Get the IMEI & EID from the phone:
1. On the customer's phone, dial *#06# — it shows both, with barcodes.

2. iPhone EID: Settings → General → About → EID. Then type/paste below — phones can't send these automatically.
⚠️ MobileX uses the device's SECOND IMEI (IMEI2). Have the customer dial *#06# — it shows two IMEIs. Enter IMEI2 (the eSIM one), not the first.
Customer dials *#06# on their phone to find it.
iPhone: Settings → General → About → EID. Android: Settings → About phone → SIM status → EID.

Re-deliver the same eSIM to a different email if your customer lost it. Charges $1.00 from your wallet.
