When a camera or a sensor flags something, the people responsible for that site get a text or a call from a real US mobile number, not a short code they ignore. The monitoring center makes the police call. We supply the lines, over an API, plus US data lines for the devices themselves.
Nothing here is a camera or an analytics engine. You have those. This is the connectivity and the number behind them.
A T-Mobile number held in our gateway and driven by your platform.
Data lines on US networks for the devices that cannot sit on the customer's Wi-Fi.
Your analytics decide what matters. The line carries the decision to a human and brings the answer back.
Each account or each site gets its own number. Operators text and call from it; the customer's phone shows the same number every time and saves it. Replies come back into the operator's queue through the webhook.
A data line per device, activated when the device is provisioned, billed to you at dealer prices, with the alert line as an upsell your app can switch on per customer.
Order lines, read messages, set webhooks, renew or stop per line, all from one key. Numbers are rented by the month and released when a site closes.
An agent that calls the site contact, confirms what the camera saw and logs the answer. Trunk mode connects voice-agent platforms directly to the line.
Alert lines are the same lines we sell for AI agents: $35 a month for texts, $45 with voice, prepaid, no contract, added and dropped as sites come and go. Device data lines are priced per plan; ask with the device type and the expected traffic.
$35 per number a month. Texts in at your webhook, texts out with one call, a monthly allowance per number.
$45 per number a month. Everything above, plus calls in and out over SIP with the number as caller ID, one call at a time per line.
Every account agrees to the API and lines terms: one-to-one use, no bulk traffic, KYC on every buyer.
No, and no line should. 911 and the other N11 numbers are blocked on every line. Dispatch centers take calls from people and from licensed monitoring centers with a human verifying first; an automated call is refused and false alarms are fined. The line carries the alert to your center or to the site contact, who makes the call.
A line sends one-to-one notices to the few people responsible for a site. The same text to a long list is campaign traffic: carriers filter it silently, and the line refuses it. If you need to reach hundreds of recipients at once, that is an application-to-person channel, not a mobile line.
No. A mobile line has none. The answer to a send is "accepted by the carrier"; the way to know the person got it is their reply, which lands at your webhook.
SIM cards and eSIM profiles on US networks, monthly or by the day, activated by API. We match the plan to the device and its traffic. Tell us the model and the expected clips per day.
You: the integrator, the camera maker or the monitoring center. You hold the customer relationship, the contracts and the procedures; we supply lines that work and an API.
Tell us the platform and the device, and we set up one alert line and one data line to run next to what you use now.
