eSIM Supply & Validator — Terms of Service

Effective May 12, 2026 · Applies to all eSIM inventory purchases and validator orders made through MeiSIM USA, our dealer portal, or our API.
CRITICAL — read before installing any eSIM. Once an eSIM profile has been downloaded onto a device, it cannot be moved, reinstalled, or recovered if you remove or delete it. Removing an eSIM as a troubleshooting step permanently destroys it. You will not be eligible for a replacement if you remove an eSIM you've installed.

1. What you're buying

Each "eSIM" we sell is a one-time-use SM-DP+ download profile, expressed as an LPA:1$<server>$<matchingId> activation string, with the matching iccid. The carrier (e.g. AT&T) controls activation, plan eligibility, and the underlying service. We are a reseller of pre-provisioned profiles.

2. Installation rules

3. DO NOT REMOVE the eSIM as troubleshooting

If your eSIM is not connecting:

If you remove the eSIM, the matching ID is permanently burned at the SM-DP+ server. We can verify this independently using our SM-DP+ validator. Removed eSIMs are not eligible for replacement or refund.

4. Replacement policy

If an eSIM you purchased from us does not download (i.e. it shows as "used" or invalid against the SM-DP+ before you've ever installed it), submit a replacement request via the portal's "My eSIMs" page or by contacting support with the iccid. We will:

  1. Run our validator against the LPA you cite.
  2. If the validator returns used: we mark the original burned and issue you a replacement from current inventory at no additional charge. If we are out of stock, we will credit your wallet within 24 hours.
  3. If the validator returns available: the eSIM is still valid — please install it again following our instructions.
  4. If the validator returns error, unknown, or invalid: our team reviews within 24 hours.

Because our validator is the source of truth, customer-reported failures alone do not trigger automatic replacements.

5. Refunds

All eSIM purchases are non-refundable once an eSIM has been delivered to your account (i.e. the iccid+LPA pair appears in your portal). Wallet credits issued for confirmed-burned eSIMs remain in your wallet for use on future purchases; we do not refund to credit card or USDT.

6. Validator service

The bulk validator processes each LPA on a real eSIM-capable device. We do not commit to a guaranteed turnaround time but historical median is approximately 5 seconds per row. We charge per row at the price shown at upload time. Rows that fail to validate (status error) are refunded automatically to your wallet — you only pay for successful verdicts.

We do not store the carrier of an LPA you submit unless it is one we sell — you are responsible for tagging your own batches.

7. Fair use

8. Carrier compatibility

The AT&T eSIM inventory currently requires a device on which AT&T's network operates. We do not guarantee activation in regions outside AT&T's coverage or on locked devices that block third-party eSIMs.

9. Liability

Our maximum liability for any failure related to an eSIM purchase or validator order is the amount you paid for the specific eSIM or batch in question, refunded as wallet credit. We are not liable for indirect losses (missed calls, lost revenue, downtime).
