All times are US Eastern (ET). MeiSIM USA is a Shabbat-observant business — we're closed from Friday afternoon through Saturday night. Outside of business hours your order is still processed automatically; email responses just take longer.

What we can and can't help with

We CAN help with: order issues, activation problems, refund requests, dealer onboarding, API integration questions, finding the right plan, multi-line discounts, and anything related to your MeiSIM account.

We CAN'T help with: AT&T account-level changes (call AT&T directly), unrelated carrier troubleshooting (call your carrier), device repair, lost-phone recovery (your carrier and Apple/Google handle these), or non-MeiSIM eSIM products from other resellers.

Email: typically <4 hours during business hours, <24 hours otherwise.
Live chat (AI): instant, 24/7 — never closed.
Live chat (human agent): <15 minutes during business hours; unavailable Friday afternoon through Saturday night.
Telegram bot: instant for self-service (orders, top-ups, status); human replies queued during Shabbat and answered Sunday morning.
